Scope of Work
This project involves a preliminary architectural concept study for the renovation and spatial reorganization of the Tabagan Ski Resort, located in the Shybinsay Valley near Talgar. The existing facility, currently inactive, was evaluated following the client’s intention to lease and reactivate the resort.
The study focused on the reorganization of existing restaurant, accommodation, spa, and swimming pool facilities, alongside the introduction of new recreational functions to enhance year-round usability. Based on site analysis, new outdoor swimming and thermal pool areas oriented toward the valley were proposed as key experiential elements. The existing sports complex was reconsidered as a more compact structure integrating aquapark activities, dining areas, cafés, and relaxation spaces.
The concept proposal was developed as a preliminary design study and delivered to the client through architectural analysis and 3D model visualization.
