Scope of Work
The commercial area was conceived as a two-story pedestrian marketplace inspired by traditional neighborhood and bazaar culture. Rather than isolating retail as a separate component, it was integrated into the overall circulation strategy.
Gently sloped pedestrian routes connect the upper main road level to the residential core through the commercial zone, allowing continuous movement without dependence on vertical transportation systems. This approach reinforces commercial vitality while maintaining accessibility and human-scale experience.
Positioning the commercial functions along the edge of the development also helps isolate potential noise and activity from residential zones, preserving comfort while sustaining urban liveliness.
