Scope of Work
This study was carried out as part of the facade manufacturing and implementation proposal submitted for a residential development owned by Hayat Construction in Almaty. In order to establish a reliable technical basis for the proposal, detailed three-dimensional facade models were prepared and comprehensive material quantity analyses were conducted for all residential buildings within the project.
The work aimed to ensure accurate cost estimation, material planning, and implementation feasibility by translating architectural facade drawings into measurable and production-oriented data.
