Following spatial analysis, the existing male WC — facing the gallery hall of the administrative offices — was partially reduced and reorganized to create a new kitchenette area. The architectural design and implementation process included wall modifications, ceramic finishes, plumbing adjustments, and mechanical ventilation works. The intervention aimed to improve functionality while efficiently adapting the existing spatial layout.

♦ Spatial analysis and architectural planning based on new functional requirements    ♦ Architectural design for converting part of the existing male WC area into a kitchenette    ♦ Construction of new partition walls and interior finishes    ♦ Ceramic tiling and surface applications    ♦ Plumbing and sanitary system modifications    ♦ Mechanical ventilation arrangement for kitchenette use
