Scope of Work
The project involves the design and construction of a private guest house located within the garden of a private residence in Almaty. The ground floor includes guest accommodation, hobby spaces, sauna and steam room facilities, as well as a large traditional Kazakh kitchen designed for social gatherings. The upper floor consists of a spacious lounge area opening onto a terrace. Architectural design, contractor selection, team coordination, and construction management were carried out under our direct management, ensuring quality control, functional organization, and smooth execution throughout the construction process.
