Scope of Work
This project consists of a facade analysis and material quantity study prepared for the renovation of the campus building of Narxoz University, located in Almaty. Commissioned by DM Group, the study focused on evaluating existing facade conditions and developing a three-dimensional model to support design decision-making and accurate material estimation for the proposed facade renewal works.
The work aimed to provide a clear analytical basis for facade material selection, detailing strategies, and implementation planning through digital modeling and quantitative assessment.
