Scope of Work

The project was developed on a flat site with the aim of creating a distinctive residential environment different from conventional villa layouts. Instead of a standard settlement approach, the shared inner garden level was lowered to form a semi-sunken landscape valley. This spatial strategy enhanced visual quality while minimizing direct circulation impact on private garden areas.

At the center of the landscape, a water element, walking paths, seating areas, and large trees were organized to establish a balanced relationship between collective use and individual privacy. Terraces extending toward the landscape valley strengthened the connection between villas and the shared garden, creating an integrated living environment.

The villa concept itself was developed as an architectural extension of the landscape. The buildings were designed with a distinctive structural form, expressed as a modern shell-like mass that appears as a natural continuation of the terrain. This approach allowed the villas to visually merge with the landscape while establishing a unique architectural identity shaped by the living concept of the site.

♦ Masterplan strategy redefining conventional villa settlement logic    ♦ Semi-sunken landscape valley design to enhance privacy and spatial depth    ♦ Architectural massing inspired by topographic continuity    ♦ Contemporary villa form articulated as a landscape-emerging shell structure    ♦ Integrated indoor–outdoor spatial transitions
