Scope of Work
This project consists of a construction timelapse animation developed for a single villa within the Pagora Villas project. The production process was based on a hybrid workflow combining Controlled AI and Timelapse AI methodologies.
A 3D base model was used to establish architectural accuracy and spatial consistency, while AI-supported generation techniques were applied to visualize the construction phases in a dynamic and cinematic sequence. The animation illustrates the full building process — from structural formation to final architectural state — through a controlled, phase-based narrative.
The primary objective was to create a visually engaging and technically coherent presentation tool suitable for marketing, client presentations, and construction storytelling.
