Scope of Work

The Rixos Royal Spa was implemented on the 3rd and 4th floors of Evropeyskiy Shopping Mall in Moscow, positioned directly above the historically significant Kievskaya Metro infrastructure. The total intervention area encompassed approximately 4,400 m², integrating extensive wet-area functions within a structurally sensitive commercial environment.

One of the most technically demanding components was the installation of a 320 m² beach-themed semi-Olympic pool on the 4th floor, including a sand-finished perimeter. Due to the additional structural loads and complex waterproofing requirements — particularly considering internationally recognized retail tenants located on the lower levels — rigorous structural and multidisciplinary engineering coordination was essential.

The program incorporated a comprehensive range of spa and wellness facilities, including a restaurant, massage suites, Turkish bath, sauna, steam and rain rooms, aromatherapy spaces, yoga studio, fitness center, treatment rooms, Thai and Balinese massage areas, and a pool bar. The high concentration of wet spaces required advanced mechanical, electrical, and waterproofing integration strategies.

Engineering coordination, subcontractor management, technical workshops, and on-site supervision were executed under integrated project leadership and operational oversight.

Concurrently, the establishment and structuring of Arketipo’s Moscow operations were overseen, including local corporate registration, regulatory compliance procedures, and the coordination of cross-border operational processes between Russia and Turkey.
